1. How do I make a purchase?
  • Set up your account
  • Have fun browsing through our unique selection of designer items
  • Once you have found something you like, choose your size and click on “ADD TO CART” on the product page
  • Review the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking “MY CART”
  • Click on “CHECK OUT” once you’re absolutely sure
  • Fill in your Shipping Details
  • Click on “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD”
  • Select “DOMESTIC FLAT RATE” and click on “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD”
  • Click on “COMPLETE ORDER”
  • Follow the instructions on your Order Confirmation Email

2. Do I need to set up an account to order?
Yes because we’d like to get to know you better.

3. What payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept Bank Transfer.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment but we’re working on it.

5. How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat domestic shipping fee of IDR 30,000 for items below IDR 5,000,000. Shipping is free for orders above IDR 5,000,000.

6. How long does delivery take?
Depends on where you are but your order should arrive between 3-5 days.

7. What is your return & exchange policy?
One of the things that make shopping at ARA special is because our items are produced in limited quantities. Please make sure that you are comfortable with the style and size before confirming your order.

All sales are FINAL. No returns or refunds. Size exchange is permitted within 3 days of purchase only if the desired size is in stock.

Please remember that you are not entitled to an exchange if:

  1. You have simply changed your mind
  2. You have damaged the goods after you bought them.
